The hotel rooms were gloriously decorated and presented – it was a treat to stay there. They are very clean and offer everything one needs; however, they are very tight with only a very small balcony and no seating outside possible. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist, especially Eric on the Concierge desk. The location overlooking the lighthouse and beach is extremely relaxing and just a 10-minute walk from the center of Biarritz. The dining experience was good but a bit expensive, and the same options every day. The facilities are modern and functional, ensuring a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with lovely views over a golf course and comfortable beds. The service is incredibly helpful and accommodating, with friendly staff. While the location is a relaxing retreat with easy access to town, the weather was a downside during my stay. The dining experience was excellent, though more variety in breakfast options would be appreciated.

The hotel rooms were fantastic, with a large shower room and excellent in-room facilities. They were totally soundproof, but it's important to note that you won't have a sea view unless you stand up and look over the 5-foot wall.
